Tips how to avoid the Stress.

In these present era, many people they were trying to survive and eking out an existents, and only few of them could find the exactly meaning of life is, and some of them they were unsuccessful. Finally, they could not take any longer and easy to get Stress.

In this time allow me to share a tip how to avoid the Stress:

· When you are dealing such kind of problem, make sure you can find the solution with trying to find out why and how this could be happen.

· Control your emotional feeling by taking a deep long breath and paying attention with your problem.

· Do not loose control, and keep on your mind that you could handle it well.

· Trying do sharing or have another one from (counselor) if it is required.

· Be really patient while you are trying to get deal with your problem.

· Understood your self and do auto suggestion by saying, “ I can do it, I can find the way out.” Continuously until you get a spirit to wake up.

· Willing to share and be positive thinking.
